About Us

Maple Syrup

Everything we offer starts with a tree, but not just any tree; but the sugary maple tree in upstate NY, where the finest quality maple syrup is created from its sap. After retrieving our trees' sap, we evaporate and refine it until pure, sweet goodness remains. From there, we bottle it by hand in artisan glassware, perfect for gift-giving or collecting.
We also  use it as the primary sweetener to make pure maple candies, maple-sweetened protein balls and other items. No preservatives, chemical additives or agents are used to concentrate our syrup, which is why we're proud to give it our family name.

All Natural

In addition to using our own freshly-tapped maple syrup, we purchase natural, high quality ingredients to be used in our confectioneries; no "artificials" here! And if you're looking for GF and/or Sugar-Free options, we can make them, too!

Our 100% pure maple syrup is bottled on site at our farm in upstate NY; available in a unique variety of sizes and colors (golden, amber, robust) that we change frequently so our collectors have options!

Our candies are hand made with real maple syrup used as the primary sweetener.  Currently offering 100% pure maple candy at the Queen Bee Boutique in Schuylkill Haven, PA

Created to empower your body, our protein balls are sweetened only with our own 100% pure maple syrup. Other ingredients, such as natural peanut butter and pure vanilla are purchased to maintain the high quality we demand.
